Ladder 133 Kitchen & Social offers an array of custom spaces for your private function. Ladder 133 is the perfect location to host your next special event. Whether a birthday party, family gathering, bridal/baby shower or corporate event, allow us to assist you in making every detail of your event perfect. At Ladder 133 Kitchen & Social, we work with you to customize your event to meet your individual needs and desires.
General Information
RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
All reservations for private events are considered tentative and not considered final until a deposit is received. A $200 deposit (may be less based on size of event) is required to book an event.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUMS
Ladder 133 Kitchen & Social sets a food and beverage minimum for all private events. The food and beverage minimum varies based on day, time and size of your event. The food and beverage minimum includes food and beverage sales only and is exclusive of tax and gratuity. If spending minimum is not reached, a fee will be applied to final bill to reach the spending minimum. 8% Tax and a 20% Service Fee are applied to entire bill including any room fees.
PAYMENT
All Food charges must be paid in full before the start of the event. All bar bills must be paid in full following the conclusion of your event. Ladder 133 accepts all major credit cards and cash for payment. Checks are not accepted without prior permission.
GRATUITY AND TAX
A 20% service charge and 8% tax is applied to final bill including any room rental fees.
DESSERTS AND DECORATIONS
You may supply your own desserts and decorations for your event. However, decorations cannot be affixed to the walls, doors, or lighting fixtures. Guests are strictly prohibited from using any decorations that includes flames/candles. Confetti & Glitter are also prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse any decorations deemed inappropriate.
MENU SELECTIONS
All menu selections are required one week prior to the event. Please note that special individual dietary constraints (Gluten Allergy, Vegan, etc..) will be handled individually on the night of the event. As a result, we strongly recommend not including specific items on your menu that address these individual issues. Advance notice on all dietary restrictions would be appreciated and allow us to better serve your guests.

Ladder 133 Kitchen & Social IS AVAILABLE FOR LARGER PRIVATE EVENTS BIRTHDAY PARTIES, NETWORKING EVENTS, GRADUATION CELEBRATIONS, LAUNCH PARTIES, CORPORATE EVENTS,TASTINGS, BEREAVEMENTS, LIVE MUSIC EVENTS, COMEDY SHOWS, ANNIVERSARIES AND SO MUCH MORE.
LADDER 133 OFFERS A FULL CATERING MENU. THE ROOM IS EQUIPPED WITH AUDIO/ VIDEO CAPABILITIES, COMFORTABLE, SEATING, WIFI, PRIVATE BATHROOMS AND ITS OWN FULLY STOCKED BAR. THE JAKE SPEAKEASY LOUNGE CAN ACCOMMODATE PARTIES OF 75-200 PEOPLE. SEATING CAPACITY IS 125 PEOPLE. LIVE ENTERTAINMENT & DJ'S ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR PRIVATE FUNCTIONS.
The Jake Speakeasy Lounge
THE JAKE SPEAKEASY LOUNGE IS AVAILABLE FOR PRIVATE EVENTS BIRTHDAY PARTIES, BACHELORETTE PARTIES, BRIDAL SHOWERS, BUSINESS MEETINGS, GRADUATION CELEBRATIONS, LAUNCH PARTIES, CORPORATE EVENTS,TASTINGS, BEREAVEMENTS, BABY SHOWERS, ANNIVERSARIES AND SO MUCH MORE.
THE JAKE SPEAKEASY LOUNGE OFFERS A FULL CATERING MENU. THE ROOM IS EQUIPPED WITH AUDIO/ VIDEO CAPABILITIES, COMFORTABLE, SEATING, WIFI, PRIVATE BATHROOMS AND ITS OWN FULLY STOCKED BAR. THE JAKE SPEAKEASY LOUNGE CAN ACCOMMODATE PARTIES OF 30-125 PEOPLE. SEATING CAPACITY IS 80 PEOPLE. LIVE ENTERTAINMENT & DJ'S ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR PRIVATE FUNCTIONS.
The Upper Deck
The Upper Deck is a elevated semi private area located in the back of Ladder 133 Kitchen & Social. It is the perfect setting for large dinner parties, networking events, fantasy draft parties, birthday parties, business meetings and so much more. The Upper Deck is equipped with audio video capabilities, three 50 inch HDTVs and a 100” Projector Screen. The area seats 40 people and can accommodate up to 55 people standing. Catering is available for this area.
The Patio
Ladder 133 Kitchen & Social’s outdoor patio and bar is the perfect setting for your summer event. Equipped with a full bar, two 60” Tvs and seating for up to 50 people. The outdoor patio can accommodate events up to 75 people. Ladder 133’s Patio is also dog friendly.
